I'm so excited you're considering participating with me in the Xperience! It's truly something special, powerful and incredible that I feel so fortunate to get to be a part of each and every time a client requests a meeting.
The Room
A short list of house rules.
It's a booking fee
What you pay reserves the time on my calendar — nothing more. It's a fee for the room and the hour, not a price tag on anything else.
What this actually is
A full-sensory experience for all five senses, scored to music and light, designed to drop you into a heightened state of being. Anything that may or may not happen between two consenting adults is its own thing — and not what the fee is for.
Nothing extra brought in
Absolutely no drugs or paraphernalia in the studio. Zero exceptions.
No stupid questions
Okay — some are a little dumb 😉 — but ask them all. The goal is an empty mind and anticipation at a rolling boil. Trade the anxiety for excitement; tell me anything you think I should know.
Respect, both ways
Given, and required in return. This isn't optional — it's the floor everything else is built on.
You're in control
The whole way through. If anything becomes overwhelming or you need a beat, say so immediately. I'll meet you exactly where you are.
Payment on arrival
Due in full when you arrive. No refunds, no exchanges, no rainchecks. Canadian currency only — new, undamaged bills. $100 bills are not accepted at this time.
Showered before we begin
Always. Shower at home before you come, or — if you've booked the 90 or 120-minute — you're welcome to shower here, before and / or after.
If anything feels off
It's on either of us to say so, immediately. I reserve the right to end a session without refund if a concern has been raised twice and the behaviour hasn't changed.

First visit
What to expect.
Pre-meeting
From first message to 3 hours before your session.
Reach out with any and all questions — nothing is off-limits.
- •Together we'll pick the session that fits you. I'll ask plenty of questions too.
- •We lock in a date and time.
- •24 hours before: you'll get a confirmation message — reply to confirm, or reach out anytime.
- •3 hours before: detailed instructions land — address, buzzer, and arrival instructions.
- •On arrival: text a photo of your point-of-view from the address shared earlier so I can release the buzzer / unit info.
The meeting
Door, lounge, treatment space.
I meet you at the door. We sit in the lounge — meet, greet, get to know each other.
- •I ask questions, you ask questions. When we've nailed exactly what you need, I reiterate it back so we're on the same page.
- •We move into the treatment space. If a shower is included, take one before if you'd like.
- •Quick check-in on physical health, likes / dislikes. I walk through the flight plan one more time.
- •You're highly encouraged to interrupt me, ask anything, or pause the session at any moment.
- •The session begins.
Post-meeting
Wind-down, snack, goodbye.
Shower invitation if it's included in your package. (60-minute sessions: showers are an add-on — see the booking-fees page for details.)
- •Gold Members: a light snack — fruit or cold cuts, al fresco if weather allows.
- •We say our goodbyes, you get dressed at your own pace, and we make plans for the next visit.

Private
A quiet residential building with no front desk to pass and zero cameras on the floors. Your visit lives only in your phone.
Real sound
An immersive house mix flowing room to room — Cafe De Anatolia, deep and exotic. The soundtrack is part of the experience, not a backdrop.
Tended
Fresh linens, clean towels, new oil. The entire studio is cleaned top-to-bottom before you arrive.
Off the clock
Gift yourself the disconnection while you and I connect deeply. Phones on silent. The world will wait — and it'll meet a changed man when you return 😉

One flat booking fee
Mon 6 PM → Sun 3 PM
In-studio
- 60 min hands-on — $150 (returning clients only)
- 90 min hands-on — $220
- 120 min hands-on — $320
Out-of-studio (your hotel or home)
- 60 min hands-on — $200 (returning clients only)
- 90 min hands-on — $300
- 120 min hands-on — $420 (+ round-trip rideshare fare)
First visits start at 90 minutes, at either location. There's the meet and greet, your questions, the intake and the chemistry that has to be built before real work can begin — 60 minutes can't hold all of that honestly, and Niko won't rush a first session.

60 min hands-on · returning clients only
Silver Member
A fast-paced session reserved for returning clients — men who already know the flow and have very few questions. Not offered for a first visit.
Sixty minutes of actual hands-on time. It isn't available for first visits: there's the meet and greet, the questions, the intake and the chemistry that has to be built first, and sixty minutes can't hold all of that honestly. For a first time, the Platinum or Gold is the honest choice.
90 min hands-on
Platinum Member
The perfect pace — the one humans naturally fall into when two people connect in this kind of setting. Unrushed, even though the clock is in the room.
In three years of doing this, the 90 always completes exactly when it's meant to — and always inside the time. Every part of the body gets the attention and focus it was designed for. The clock is present but never watched. If I had to pick one session for someone, this is it.
120 min hands-on
Gold Member
The one to treat yourself with. No clock in the room — every part of the session gets to breathe, go deep, or get a little lost in.
We can open with a chat on the balcony (weather permitting) as we get to know each other, and close with a light snack — fruit or cold cuts, al fresco if you'd like. There is no clock present, and every part of the session is given the full attention I love to give. The world is your oyster — go above and beyond.

Available around the clock.
Booking slots open Monday 6 PM through Sunday 3 PM — every hour in-between is requestable, 24 hours a day.

Sun 3 PM → Mon 6 PM — closed for bookings. Otherwise, whatever hour suits you, it suits me.
