1. Who I am
M2M Sensual Massage Toronto is the trading name of Niko Santano, an independent service provider operating in Toronto, Ontario. I am not a licensed, certified, or trained massage therapist and do not claim to be. I work alone, by reservation only, in a private studio or at a client's location. There are no employees, no agency, no third party.
2. Nature of services
Sessions offered are non-clinical sensual experiences — touch, bodywork, breath, and conversational presence — for adults aged 19 and over, strictly for entertainment and wellness purposes. Sessions are not sexual services and no therapeutic benefit is claimed or implied. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or registered massage therapy (RMT), and the provider is not licensed, certified, or trained as a massage therapist. Nothing offered is a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or physiotherapy care. A fuller assumption-of-risk waiver is presented and must be agreed to separately as part of booking — see the booking flow.
3. Adults only
You must be 19 years of age or older and legally able to consent to enter the studio or host a session. Government-issued ID may be requested. Anyone unable or unwilling to verify age will be politely declined.
4. Private bookings only
This is not a commercial establishment open to the public — it's a private, personal offering by reservation, extended at my sole discretion. I reserve the right to decline anyone, for any reason or no reason, at any time. Consistent with that, I accept bookings only from private individuals reserving for their own personal participation — not from anyone booking on behalf of, at the direction of, or in coordination with a media organization, business, competitor, advocacy campaign, or any other group. A booking made under false pretences about who is actually attending, or for a purpose other than genuine personal participation, is not one I've agreed to. This policy concerns the private, personal nature of what I offer — it does not limit, and isn't intended to limit, cooperation with any lawful law enforcement inquiry, consistent with Section 16 (A note to authorities).
5. Consent & conduct
Every touch is consented to and may be withdrawn at any moment, without explanation. I may also pause or end a session at any time if I sense the experience is no longer safe, sober, or aligned. Disrespectful behaviour, intoxication, harassment, or any attempt to coerce sexual contact will end the session immediately and forfeit any deposit. New clients complete a separate written consent and health acknowledgment as part of booking — see your confirmation email.
6. What this experience is — and isn't
Booking a session reserves my time, presence, and attention — it is not a claim on my energy, wellbeing, or anything beyond the physical experience itself. I maintain my own boundaries around what I give and share during a session, and I notice when those boundaries aren't being respected and worse yet, exploited or disregarded. Anyone who attempts to draw on, manipulate, or act on me in ways I haven't verbally and explicitly consented to — energetically, psychologically, physically, emotionally or otherwise — will have the session terminated immediately without refund and will not be rebooked, under any circumstance, indefinitely.
7. Booking & deposits
New clients may be asked for a small refundable deposit. Your IP address and browser/device information are logged with each booking request, for fraud prevention, and deleted with the rest of your booking 48 hours after the date and time of your appointment. Reschedules are free up to 24 hours before your session. Inside the 24-hour window, a $150 short-notice fee applies — it compensates Niko for the lost slot and keeps the door open for a future booking. It is not a credit and does not carry forward. Declining to pay it (without a verifiable emergency) means future sessions will be permanently off the table. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
7a. Payment, currency & refunds
The fee you pay is a booking fee — it reserves my time for the agreed length, in-studio or out-of-studio, and is not a payment for any other service. Payment is due in full on arrival, before the session begins. There are no refunds, exchanges, or rainchecks. Payment is accepted in Canadian or American currency (American taken at par), in new, undamaged bills. $100 bills are not accepted, under any circumstance. Showers at the studio are included in the 90-minute (before or after) and 120-minute (before and after) in-studio sessions. For 60-minute in-studio sessions, an on-site shower is available as an add-on at $20 per shower. Out-of-studio bookings depend on what the client's own space allows. A 120-minute out-of-studio booking additionally requires the client to cover Niko's round-trip rideshare fare (e.g. Uber) to and from the client's location, on top of the booking fee — see Booking Fees for the full breakdown by location and length.
7b. Promotional pricing
Promotional pricing is honoured exactly as advertised, with no conditions attached. If you'd like to leave a review afterward, it's genuinely appreciated — but it's never required and never tied to your rate.
7c. Safety & right to terminate
If either of us begins to feel uneasy, unsafe, or otherwise uncomfortable at any point, it is our shared responsibility to say so immediately. I reserve the right to terminate any session without refund if a concern of this nature has been raised twice and the behaviour has not corrected. No drugs or paraphernalia may be brought to the studio or an out-of-studio session under any circumstance.
7d. Your alias is your signature
You're welcome — encouraged, even — to go by an alias with me. It exists to protect your privacy and your safety, and that's a smart instinct. Here's the deal, plainly: by signing this waiver with your alias, you agree it is legally equivalent to signing with your real name. It binds you to every term of this waiver and my Terms & Conditions exactly as a handwritten signature in your legal name would, and you won't later argue it doesn't count because it isn't the name on your ID.
Before you can sign the booking waiver you must tick a box confirming you agree to this clause; the time of signing is recorded by the server, not by your device.
8. Property damage
Intentionally damaging my apartment, its contents, or any personal property ends the session immediately with no option to rebook indefinitely. I reserve the right to pursue full civil recovery for repair or replacement costs, and to file a police report should we be unable to resolve the matter privately 1-on-1.
9. Bad-faith conduct, recording & extortion
Unauthorized recording, photographing, note-taking (whether literally or figuratively, to use what is said in a session to paint a particular picture of Niko — i.e. with an ulterior motive), or surveillance during a session is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to record, monitor, log, or report in any way without express consent and a written agreement signed by me, or to use a recording, image, or the threat of exposure to coerce a refund, payment, or any other concession, or to improperly frame or falsely position me or the business with the intention of causing harm (financially, reputationally, or otherwise), constitutes attempted extortion. It terminates the session and the relationship immediately, and may be reported to police and pursued as a civil claim for damages. A false report, fabricated injury claim, or complaint made in bad faith to harass or damage the business is treated the same way. This doesn't limit anyone's right to raise a genuine concern or leave an honest review — it's aimed squarely at knowing, coercive bad faith.
10. Discretion
Your visit is private. I will never confirm, deny, or discuss your appointment with anyone but you. In return, I ask the same: do not publicly identify the studio, the address, or me. (For recording, photographing, and related bad-faith conduct specifically, see Section 9 above.)
11. Health
You agree to disclose any condition, injury, medication, or contagious illness that could be relevant. If you are unwell, please reschedule.
12. Limitation of liability
You attend voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niko Santano is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from a session. See also the separate Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Waiver of Claims agreed to during booking.
13. Privacy recommendations
For your privacy and ours, we recommend using a name other than your legal name, a private email provider (such as Proton Mail), a second-number service (such as Burner or Sudo), and a VPN when accessing this site or booking a session. None of this is required, but it reduces what either of us is exposed to if anything outside our control goes wrong.
13a. Deletion
This site keeps no client information past 48 hours after the date and time of your appointment — your name, contact details, notes, signed waiver and the time you signed it, IP address, any photo, the emails and the calendar entry. Contact messages and Kairo chats are deleted 48 hours after you send them. Copies on my own phone and mailbox are deleted by me separately, and copies held by the companies that run this site expire on their own schedules, listed in the Privacy Policy.
14. A note to authorities
I operate openly and within the limits of the law. If anything about my practice raises a concern, please contact me directly first — full and immediate cooperation is given. I keep my own boundaries, screen carefully, and have nothing to hide.
15. Private resolution first
Before taking any dispute public — a review, a report, social media — both parties agree to attempt good-faith private resolution first. (This is not mandatory arbitration: nothing here requires either party to give up the right to go to court. Ontario's Consumer Protection Act voids clauses that force a consumer out of court entirely, and nothing in these terms is intended to do that.)
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
17. Third-party services
I am one person. I rely on the following third-party platforms to run the website, send messages, and deliver the service. Each is bound by its own terms and privacy policy — I do not control what they collect or do on their own behalf. By accepting these terms and my Privacy Policy, you are also indirectly accepting the policies of the third-party vendors linked below, for the parts of the service each of them touches. I can tell you how I use your information and what I do to protect it, but I cannot and do not make promises on behalf of these providers, and I am not responsible for their independent acts or policies.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website (Cloudflare Workers), and provides Turnstile, the bot-check that runs quietly on the booking form to keep spam and automated abuse out. Turnstile is covered by the same Cloudflare policies linked here. Privacy · Terms.
- Supabase — the database and file storage behind the website. Booking records, messages, and verification data are stored here, in a project I control with row-level access rules. Privacy · Terms.
- Proton (Proton Mail / SMTP) — delivers transactional email (booking confirmations, reminders, and related messages). Privacy · Terms.
- Anthropic (Claude) — powers Kairo, the on-site conversational guide. Messages you send to Kairo are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. Do not share information you would not want processed by a third-party AI model. Privacy · Terms.
- Google Calendar — confirmed bookings are written to Niko's private business Google Calendar so he can manage his schedule. Your name, contact, and the session time are sent to Google for this purpose. Privacy · Terms.
Display fonts are self-hosted — they ship with the site's own files, so no font request is ever sent to a third party.
